The Tri-Rivers Area, named for the Wolf, Embarrass and Shioc Rivers which run through it, is ideal for the outdoor recreationist who enjoys a variety of natural resources.  The area boasts a large concentration of public land, nature preserves, abundant wildlife, and vivid scenery, all for the enjoyment of the outdoor enthusiast.
