The Village has a developing Forest Meadow
subdivision with 47
lots. There are approximately 20 lots still available for single family dwellings.
Two other plats are in the planning stage.
Murphy Development completed construction of two apartment buildings in the
village, which contain 28 units.
The village has two TIF districts. The above listed developments are located in the
